Mark and I had just returned from cruises. His was a 14-day cruise from New York to Quebec with stops along New England, the Maritime Provinces, and the St. Lawrence River. Mine was a 10-day island-hopping gay cruise in the Mediterranean Sea with stops in Italy, Greece, and Malta.
